Tasty Triumph!

KS2's Tasty Triumph: Crafting Perfect Hummus in Our DT Project!

Squirrel and Otter designed and made hummus for their DT learning this term. They worked in groups practising their chopping skills to make crudités to serve with their dip. We had different flavours to choose from: plain, red pepper, sweet chilli and caramelised onion. The children enjoyed presenting their dips and evaluating them (which involved lots of tasting!)
